Sverdlovsk regional history museum, Yekaterinburg, Russia

Sverdlovsk regional history museum was founded in 1870 by members of Ural society of natural sciences’ enthusiasts. They united for investigation of history of native territory and museum became the platform for representing of the results of this investigation for wide public. These principles of museum’s activity are still valid.
